Boston makes a visit.
dennis @ 8:30 am — Filed under: Angels phan update: Halos are down 5 games behind the first place A’s. About 40 games to go in the regular season. Boston Red Sox who just got swept by the Yanks are coming to town. Big Series followed by another with New York again after the Sox. In fact, the halos have a tough stretch throughout the remainder of the season. But us phans look at it as good practice for the post season.
NL Update: Jay’s Dre’s beat the Greg’s Boys in Blue, who are now 3 games up in the West. I’m torn. A Dodger’s / Angels World Series would be a great show!

down by 7.5 and the monkey is getting tired already. with yesterday’s rest and sometime away from home on the other coast, I’m still riding along and hopeful the halos can bring it back together before the last weeks of Sept. 9/22 - 9/24 & 9/28 - 10/1 the final days of the regular season against the A’s is what it all comes down to.

In case anyone is relying on my blog updates to identify where the halos are in their division with 17 games left in the regular season: 4.5 games behind the A’s. It’s going to be a wild end with 7 head-to-head games left with our rival team.
